How did Fantabulous Gal become so Fantabulous!?

Fantabulous Gal (as she has taken to calling herself) was the younger of two sisters born to a single mother. Fantabulous Gal’s mom worked hard to make ends meet, but didn’t always quite succeed, so the three of them moved – always looking for greener pastures. It was as a child that Fantabuous Gal developed her boundless enthusiasm. “Don’t worry, mom! I’m sure the next Hooter’s will be hiring!” Or, “That’s right, mom! The bank will never find your bad credit rating if you only use your initials, instead of your full name!”

It would serve her well after her mom had had enough and when Fantabulous Gal was 18, her mom dropped her off with relatives in Toronto. Her mom just couldn’t stand the positivity. And so, Fantabulous Gal found herself in the big city. At first she was a little bit lost, being a small town girl, but then she realized that urban living carried with it one distinct advantage…

Super heroes.

Toronto is lousey with ‘em. And not only heroes, but villains too. And super hero teams – the most notable being Ronin Force, a team co-founded by none  other than the famous Captain Euchre. Suddenly, Fantabulous Gal realized what she needed to do – become a super hero. Or, more to the point, a side kick.

But getting a gig as a side kick in Toronto isn’t as easy as it seems in the movies. Most side kick slots are reserved for children who have attended Professor McRobinson’s School for Gifted and Profitable Youngsters. And so Fantabulous Gal did what any other aspiring super hero does at the start of their career…

She volunteered.

Her first break was during the Snailien Invasion Crisis, where she volunteer in the coordination office balancing the schedules of the may, very busy super heroes who were involved with the counter attack. It was during this time that Fanabulous Gal met DynaGal, who agreed to take the young lass on. Both as her official side kick, and as her personal assistant.

Fantabulous Gal learned a lot while working with DyanGal. What she didn’t learn was that if her boss lady was moonlighting as a major super villain and Captain Euchre arch enemy The Arc Welder, it might be time to find new employment. Fantabulous Gal went on her long booked two week vacation, just as Captain Euchre revealed the shocking truth.
