Once simply a mild mannered Euchre champion, the man who would be Captain Euchre was left for dead by the mob after he refused to fix the 1997 World Series of Euchre.
Luckily, he was able to fight off the thugs using his favourite deck of Euchre cards. Wounded and alone, he stumbled into a gutter and waited for death. But fate intervened…
A stray ray of pure cosmic energy shot out of the sky, and struck his deck of Euchre cards! Somehow… some way… the cards absorbed the cosmic energy!
Using his new cosmically charged Euchre deck, Captain Euchre vowed to fight crime and injustice where ever he found it!
As he’ll try to work into any conversation, Captain Euchre is a founding member of Ronin Force – Toronto’s ultimate super powered crime fighting force!
