Being a superhero ain’t all laser beam eyes and hidden fortresses. Between looming on rooftops and villains monologuing their evil plans, superheroes do all the things that us normal folk do – they worry about getting laid… paying the rent… ambitious colleagues… programming the Tivo… getting older… and just old wanting to be appreciated for their own, special unique selves. They just happen to do all that stuff while beating their enemies into a bloody pulp.

Tights and Fights: Ashes picks up a few months after the last episode featuring Captain Euchre. The Captain has gone missing, and his deck of cosmically powered Euchre cards has fallen into the wrong hands. A group of unconnected superheroes, a wanna-be, and a deranged super villain discover they each possess one piece of the puzzle that will lead them to Captain Euchre. That is… if they can get over their petty problems and hang-ups and get their heads out of their asses…
